A History of Vision, Growth, and Impact

2000–2010: Founded by our Managing Director, Mr. Nattapop Bhuridej, following his tenure as CEO of Sawasdee Group in the telecommunications industry, the company began its journey in real estate development. It later expanded its portfolio by successfully securing and delivering a range of government projects.

2010–2020: Expanded our real estate portfolio to include over 2,768 sqm of residential rental properties in central Bangkok, 3,690 sqm of commercial and mixed-use rental space across the city, and more than 200 acres of prime agricultural land held for future development.

2020–Today: Diversified our investments and portfolio into other sectors including F&B, Wellness, Energy and Defense.
